Journey Week is a week-long cross-cultural experience rooted in following Jesus and reflecting his love for all nations. In a world that often feels hurried, fragmented, and inward-focused, Journey Week creates intentional space to reconnect our faith with God’s global mission – beginning in our own lives and extending far beyond us. This week is a partnership with HarvestCall, ACCFS’s Abide program, and international ministry partners in Clarkston, GA.

“So that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.” Psalm 67:2

What is Journey Week?

The week begins by slowing down. Participants are invited to deepen their dependence on Christ through Scripture, prayer, and intentional spiritual rhythms. This formation lays the groundwork for the rest of the week – rooting participants in Christ before engaging how discipleship is lived across cultures and contexts.

From that foundation, Journey Week expands outward. Set in one of the most culturally diverse communities in the United States, participants discover God's heart for the nations and the unique role every follower of Christ has in His global mission. Together we explore what it means to live into the Great Commission—not only by going, but also by praying, welcoming, sending, mobilizing, and faithfully serving wherever God has placed us. The global kingdom is no longer something distant to admire, but a mission we are invited to participate in every day.

Journey Week forms followers of Christ who are deeply rooted in Him, awakened to God's heart for the nations, and equipped to faithfully participate in His mission. Participants return home with a renewed understanding that every believer has a role in the Great Commission and that living missionally is not reserved for a few – but is the calling of every follower of Jesus. Together we live in anticipation of the day when "a great multitude from every nation, tribe, people and language" stands before the throne united in worship. (Revelation 7:9)

Learn to see God's global kingdom more clearly.

Journey Week is built on the conviction that discipleship and mission belong together. As you deepen your relationship with Christ and grow in understanding of God’s heart for the nations, you’ll discover that the Great Commission is not reserved for a few – it is the calling of the whole Church. Living in continual dependence on and responsiveness to the Holy Spirit, every follower of Jesus is invited to participate through praying, welcoming, sending, mobilizing, going, and faithfully serving wherever God desires to use them.
